Simon Carleton is a qualified Town and Country Planner with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography, Planning and Environmental Policy obtained at University College Dublin, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Planning obtained at Queens University Belfast. 

Simon, Senior Planner at GES, is an experienced planner with wide ranging experience in providing planning advisory support to clients across Ireland, including preparing planning applications, leading consultations with prescribed bodies and planning authorities, due diligence, and preparing Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and planning appeals
